Although she’s not yet found the Philosopher’s Stone, Emma, who is responsible for our product development, has a natural flair for blending flavours with magical results!
Use Fragrant Thai Seasoning to enhance the flavour of Thai Curries, add to soy sauce (with a little of our Lime Chilli Jelly or Thai Chilli Jam) for a great dipping sauce or try mixing some into olive oil to coat oven roasted vegetables.
