Inspired by…the peach orchards of the Pyrenees

The South West of France is famous for delicious fruits such as peaches and cherries and the delicate, pink blossom that covers the hillsides in Spring resembles a blanket of fine lace.

A sweetish, but piquant relish that is a perfect complement to all types of patés, rice and curry dishes.

Peach and Cardamom Relish can be used as the base for a glaze or sauce to accompany pork, chicken or duck dishes and is delicious with sausages, burgers or cheese.
