vibrant limes and flaming chillies
This is us coming over all arty – we just love the brilliant colours of these two fruits (yes – chillies are classified as fruit) and the resulting savoury jelly, is a perfect jewel!
We recommend adding a spoonful of this wonderful sweet, spicy jelly to a stir fry, or serve on the side with crab or fish cakes.
A spoonful of Lime Chilli Jelly blended with some yoghurt or mayonnaise makes a fantastic dip and with a little soy sauce makes a good Thai dipping sauce for prawns and tempura vegetables.
