Dulcie, who ran a restaurant for several years where she was known as a bit of chilli queen, loves chillies to bits and has written a book of recipes which she sold in aid of the Pied Piper Appeal (charity for sick children in hospital)

A sweet, hot flavoursome condiment that can be used as an accompaniment to sausages, burgers and cheese on toast.

Try mixing some Thai Chilli Jam with soy sauce with a spoonful of our Fragrant Thai Seasoning to make a fantastic dipping sauce for Tempura prawns or deep fried squid.
